King Young S625F

Der King Young S625F ist ein sehr kleines, lüfterloses und leistungsstarkes Barebone. Es kann mit einem Celeron M bis 1.5 GHz ausgestattet werden, welcher über die Kühlrippen am Gehäuse passiv gekühlt wird. In Tests in unserer Werkstatt haben wir das Gerät sogar bis Pentium M 1.8 GHz problemlos betreiben können. Das Barebone umfasst Gehäuse, Mainboard und Netzteil. Das Gerät wird über ein mitgeliefertes Netzteil (230V AC auf 12V DC) mit 12V Gleichspannung versorgt und eignet sich damit auch für den Einsatz im PKW (zusätzlich Spannungsregelung der Boardspannung notwendig). Durch den Einbau einer 2.5" Festplatte, eines Slim CD-Laufwerkes und eines DDR-RAM Moduls mit max. 0,8" Bauhöhe (20mm) wird aus dem Barebone ein kompletter PC. Als Schnittstellen finden sich am Gerät neben VGA, 10/100 MBit LAN Audio, Seriell- und Parallelport, PS/2 Mouse und Tastatur auch Firewire und USB 2.0, wobei Audio, USB und Firewire zusätzlich an der Gehäusefront angreifbar sind. Die Leistungsaufnahme des Gerätes liegt unter 60 Watt.
